XL dresser
2025 / cherry / white cedar / brass / tung oil
an extra-large dresser to hold my extra-large collection of t-shirts and sweaters. the cherry dresser was constructed with a webframe assembly inside a mitered case. each of the seven drawers features hand-cut dovetails, for a total of over 150 pins and tails, and the drawer sides and backs are made of white cedar to keep clothing smelling fresh. the case rests on a simple base with slightly rounded legs mirroring the rounded miters.
